Proposition 65 Consulting Services
State of CA Proposition 65 requires that your products either do not carcinogenic compounds or must have labels declaring that these compounds are present. We determine if these compounds (heavy metals, pesticides, etc.) are present and develop controls to minimize these levels to meet Prop 65 allowable levels.

CA Proposition 65 Compliance Audits
After going through a Settlement Agreement with the CA Attorney General, your company will be required to have an annual compliance audit for a minimum of 3 years. We have professional auditors in the US and Mexico accredited to provide this service.
