Proposition 65 Consulting Services
State of CA Proposition 65 requires that your products either do not carcinogenic compounds or must have labels declaring that these compounds are present. We determine if these compounds (heavy metals, pesticides, etc.) are present and develop controls to minimize these levels to meet Prop 65 allowable levels.

CA Proposition 65 Compliance Audits
California Proposition 65 requires that any food with a carcinogenic ingredient must be declared on a product label. To avoid the declaration label, the food company will need to implement procedures guaranteeing that all ingredients containing heavy metals meet the definition of Naturally occurring as per OHEEA. If your company is going through a Settlement Agreement with the CA Attorney General, your company will be required to have an annual compliance audit that meets both the standards of FSMA and Proposition 65.
